About Lebane

Lebane is an AI-native operating system for construction companies and real estate developers, built in Argentina to replace the spreadsheets and disconnected tools that ran the industry.

It centralizes a project's full operation, from budgeting and cost control to invoicing and investor reporting, in one connected system with an AI assistant over WhatsApp.

The problem of Lebane

From 0 to 1, Lebane needed to scale fast and win market share in an AI-driven proptech race before the window closed. The opportunity was there. They just needed a framework.

Here's what we found:

Lebane's web presence was just a stage-zero onepager, pushing the same flat message across all of LATAM. It was built as a baseline, not for growth.

Acquisition ran entirely outside web and marketing channels. Real demand was there, but the site captured almost none of what the market was asking for.

They were pitching to 100+ real estate developers and contractors with nothing solid backing them, still needing to earn the trust of an industry that runs on it.

The product had validated pieces, but it needed to keep scaling in modules and user experience, and engineers were building without a design direction to hold it together.

Built to move at their speed

A system that finally looked as solid as the industry whose trust it needed.

Our approach

On brand and web, we built a memorable visual system and used it to communicate the full range of products and use cases. The site was never just a marketing page. We designed it as a sales tool that showed up at every event, backed every sales call, and pulled in organic traffic, all part of a growth strategy built to position Lebane as a LATAM leader and grow the business.

On product, they had a few basic screens and little underneath them. We built a complete design system that became the enabler for everything after it, letting us develop every experience and module under one consistent look, from Accounting and Contracts to Lebane AI and Treasury.

The impact

The rollout moved fast. In a matter of months we deployed the full growth framework side by side with Lebane, and the effect showed across the business.

Lead capture stopped depending on offline channels alone. Where pipeline once came from word of mouth and events, the site started working as a sales tool in its own right, backed by targeted campaigns and organic traffic. The same site spoke to two markets at once, mapping Lebane's suite to the pain points of each ICP in Argentina and Mexico instead of flattening both into one story.

Above all, Lebane finally had a brand that matched the product behind it, one built to carry the aggressive growth they were after.

The outcome

In under 20 months, Lebane went from 0 to 1 and grew its revenue 4x helping them scale to 400+ clients.  The site became the piece that carried their full value proposition, while the product, rebuilt on a design system that scaled across every module, gave them something solid enough to sell and to raise on.

Together they let Lebane scale operations and hit real milestones in a short window. The work was an enabler of that arc, not its cause.
